By booking or attending a course with Corvane Path, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Description of the courses

Corvane Path offers Transit & Rideshare Awareness, Women's Self-Defense Fundamentals, and the Coastal Intensive Season, as described on our courses page, each sold at the listed Canadian-dollar price for the full run of sessions.

Eligibility and obligations

Learners are expected to attend in suitable clothing, follow instructor guidance, and tell us about any condition that could affect participation in a physical course.

Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed once payment is received. See the Payment & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy below for changes to a booking. We ship no physical goods.

Intellectual property

Course materials, the Corvane Path name, and site content remain the property of MARTIAL ARTS DEPOT INC..

Acceptable use

Learners agree to treat instructors and classmates respectfully and to follow the safety guidance given during sessions.

We make reasonable efforts to keep this site accurate, but course details, schedules, and prices may change; the information confirmed at booking governs.

Outcomes from any course depend on individual circumstances and practice; we do not promise a particular result from attending.

Payment & Refund Policy

This policy covers payments made for course bookings with Corvane Path.

A full refund is available if you cancel at least seven days before your course's first session. Cancellations made later than that are handled under our refund schedule below.

To request a refund, write to [email protected] or call +1 416-840-0641 with your booking details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sessions already attended, and the final session of a course, are not refundable. See our standalone Refunds & Cancellation page for the full long-form policy.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact us at [email protected] during our working hours (Monday – Saturday, 16:00–21:30, Eastern Time (ET) — Toronto).

Cancellations seven or more days before the first session receive a full refund; later cancellations follow the schedule in our Refunds & Cancellation page. Rescheduling to a later intake is usually possible instead of cancelling outright.

If Corvane Path cancels a session for capacity or unforeseen reasons, we offer a full refund or a place in the next available intake.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable within it.
