Scope

This page sets out, in full, how refunds and cancellations work for Corvane Path course bookings under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, alongside the summary sections in our Terms & Conditions.

Cancelling before your course starts

Cancel seven or more days before your course's first session for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancelling between one and six days before the first session returns 50% of the course price. Cancelling on the day of the first session, or after it has taken place, is not refundable.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 416-840-0641 with your name and booking date. We confirm receipt within one business day.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Rescheduling instead of cancelling

If you would rather keep your place than cancel, ask about moving to a later intake of the same course — this is usually possible at no extra cost where space allows.

If Corvane Path cancels a session

If we cancel a scheduled session for capacity, weather, or another unforeseen reason, you may choose a full refund or a place in the next available intake at no extra cost.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or other applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
