Corvane Path

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most before someone books a course.

About the courses

−What exactly is included in a course?

Each course lists its own inclusions on the courses page — things like loaner gear, printable checklists, and follow-up email support. Nothing beyond what is listed is added without telling you first.

+Where do classes take place?

Sessions run in indoor rooms around Toronto, confirmed when you book. The Transit & Rideshare course also includes one guided walk through a nearby neighbourhood.

+What should I wear or bring?

Comfortable athletic clothing and a water bottle. Loaner pads, gloves and rash guards are provided for the courses that list them.

+How long does each course run?

From three sessions for Transit & Rideshare Awareness up to sixteen weeks for the Coastal Intensive Season — durations are listed with each course.

Process & scheduling

+How do I start?

Send a message through our contact form or call us, and we will help match you with the right starting course.

+What happens after I send a message?

We reply during our working hours to confirm the course, intake date, and payment details.

+How far in advance should I book?

Within a few business days is usually enough, though popular intakes for the Fundamentals course can fill sooner.

+Is there an assessment before the longer course?

The Coastal Intensive Season expects either completion of Fundamentals or some existing standing experience, which we confirm with you first.

Pricing & payment

+What does the price include?

The full run of sessions for that course and any gear listed under "what's included" on the courses page.

+How do refunds work?

See our Payment & Refund Policy for the full terms.

+What if I need to cancel a booking?

Our Cancellation Policy and Booking Terms cover rescheduling and missed sessions.

What we don't do

We'd rather be plain about this than let a reader guess. Corvane Path courses are general education and movement practice — not a regulated profession, and not a stand-in for one.

  • No promised outcome from attending a course
  • No licensed security or bodyguard training
  • No legal advice or interpretation of the law
  • No programs designed for young children
  • No drop-in fitness classes outside our listed courses
  • No pressure to continue past the course you booked

About our prices

Listed prices cover the full run of sessions for that course, including any loaner gear named on the courses page. Prices can change between intakes, but the price confirmed when you book is the one you pay — see our Payment & Refund Policy for how adjustments are handled.
